See What Sticks - Some Subject Ideas For Your High School Scrapbook

By Janette Miller

Making a high school scrapbook is no small attainment. You have got to capture four years of friends and school work into one album.

While you may have all the material available, you do not need it to come out looking like a college assignment - uninteresting and plain.

To get your creativity flowing, here is a few ideas for the most typical college subjects.

English

English is full of tiny one line rules. You can use these for any spare or blank spaces on your page. "I before E except after C" and "Its, It's and It is" are just a couple of numerous english rules you can add to your albums.

When considering borders, what about dividing up an old english essay and using the single lines to make a border round the edges of the page? If you don't wish to cut up an old essay, you can always write it out by hand.

Mathematics

Section out your pages using different maths formulass. For example you could make a large triangle on the page and put an 'X ' in one corner - I may wager this will make people remember their trigonometry lessons from years ago.

Don't forget to add numbers and small equations to add some life to the page.

Science

Ahh the land of beakers and test tubes.

If you want to do something a little different with your science pages, you can make a copy of the periodic table and fill the different elements with images of your class mates, notes you took in class and the grades you received for your science assignments.

You can also add some flair to your page by drawing stick figures doing the experiments you might have done in your old science classes.

Well, I hope thats given you one or two ideas of what you can do for different sections of your high school scrapbook.

Until next time, good luck and happy scrapping.
