All you need to know about the nude approach to life

By Ed Clarke

The Naked Lifestyle

There are many lifestyles being thrown around now. Just what does "The Naked Way of living" mean? It must mean loads of different things to different folk.

A pair in the life-style could mean they're swingers but Naked Way of life? Well that's something completely different. A nudist or naturist might be in a "Naturist or Naked Approach to life" whereby they try and live as cushty as practicable without clothes. Of course not that many people can be nude 100% of the time. For most Continentals it can get a bit too cold to be naked all of the time. What if you're working? You can't go to work naked unless you are either working in a nudist resort or you are your own boss working from home. I used to write a column for the nudist mag "Naturist Life" under the title "The Naked Travel Agent" whereby I might be exposed at my desk typing away but really it'd be nicer having a job on the outside catching the rays.

If say you live in a hot country being undressed all of the time could have a major effect on your skin for instance fro skin cancer or your skin could become like leather. Even black folk can get sunburned so everybody has to be cautious about the suns potent rays.

I know of people living "The naturist Lifestyle" in places like Charco del Palo on Lanzarote. It is a naked hamlet where people can wander the streets nude and it just be a standard activity. In Brazil the Colina do Sol is a fully working naturist commune with shops and properties where nudity is the standard. Residents say it is Paradise on Earth. Again Brazil can be very hot so clever, precautions need be taken.

Over in France the" nude Town" Cap d Agde" could be described as the "Naked Way of life" where you can be naked 24 hours per day, shopping naked, going into the bank or butchers naked mean appear a bit strange but thousands do it every summer. Once instead the gates of the Naked city you see folk riding bikes, swimming even windsurfing naked. Its most rare to see somebody in the daytime with clothes on.

All year round nakedness in Europe lacks out due to the weather but the Canary Islands and Caribbean are year round places to enjoy "The nude Lifestyle"
