Paulownia trees are one of the most valuable species that are found in the world. They have unique characteristics that make them perfect for certain projects. When hammering a nail in the wood, some end up breaking or splitting. The wood of paulownia tree is light but its wood is strong and therefore when nailing, it does not break or split. It is also perfect for screwing and hence suitable for decorative moldings. It can take thirty to sixty days while drying up and yet still remain intact that is do not crack or cup.

Temperatures also affect the tree and this is a type that has been seen to withstand extreme temperatures. It can cope with temperatures of negative ten Celsius to forty. This is ideal in various conditions for instance in places where there is cold and extreme hot conditions. That is what makes the tree to be used in building houses in such environments and also the wood can be used in kitchen equipments.

Furniture can disappoint you when you least expect. A door could break as a result of your child hitting it with a ball. This shows how weak the wood is and can not be used for security purposes. This species is hard and strong which makes it suitable for making all those hard furniture that can be used even outside.

Paulownia trees come in various types due to the way they easily adjust to the climate. Despite the common uses of trees, this specie is unique and hence has been embraced in many regions. Carpenters have an easy time while doing their furniture and are assured of a ready market for their products.
