St John Island Singapore:Tourist Attractions

Singapore is a very well known Asian country for its beauty and unique elegance. There are so many wonderful places to visits here that one will never find boredom and dullness in their trip. One of the best places in Singapore is St. John's Island.

Singapore's Night Safari, houses 1200 animals from 120 exotic species like Tiger, striped hyena, golden jackal, cape buffalo, one horned rhinoceros, and many, many more. It covers an area of 40 hectares, it has luscious vegetation. Tourists can go for, 'tram ride' to stroll and explore the fascinating range of animals. Visit one of the oldest Chinese temples of Singapore, "The Thien Hock Kheng Temple", which is a unique wooden structure and is more than 160 years old. "Chinatown Heritage Center", tracing the journeys, beliefs and myths of early Chinese migrants is another popular spot. Last but not the least, is "Kampong Glam"- where one can gain the insight about the practice of Islam. It's the place where once old Arab quarters once stood.

Singapore tour is incomplete without trip to its picturesque islands. There are myriad islands like Pulau Ubin, Kusu Island, Sentosa, St. John's Island. Backdrop of breathtaking scenery, tropical sunset, circumnavigating crystalline jade, blue and crystalline waters infuses invigorating freshness from deep within. Its a must visit place and a refreshing experience to explore the riches of Singapore.

Chijmes is a national heritage site and is a must-visit place. Recently it has gone for a spectacular face lift and is a popular dining, shopping and entertainment site. The sheer enigma of Chijmes is evident by the fact that it makes up for a breathtaking backdrop for musicals, recitals, weddings, bouqueting and theatrical performances. This colossal monument was built to commemorate the visit of Marquis Dalhousie, Governor General of India, to Singapore in 1850 and has emerged as a famous tourist attraction in Singapore.

Head down south to St John Island Singapore and get lost in the trails for an afternoon. Make sure to sit down for a picnic lunch and feed one another before you head back to the mainland. Sunset Cruise to the Southern Islands. You can head out to the southern islands during the day and dip into the lagoons, but make sure to take the trip at night so you can watch the most spectacular sunset ever in the arms of your lover. You can also jump off the boat and enjoy a nice swim in the dark. It doesn't get any more romantic than that! These nighttime cruises typically last about four hours, so you will have some daylight time to enjoy the islands as well. Just make sure to sit still and enjoy the unique experience when it's time to for the sunset
