Is An Electric Bike Necessary For You In The Future

By Antony Stelling

Have you ever asked yourself to get one of those electric bikes for you family when you see someone whizzing along?

Definitely yes.A rechargeable electric bike was bought by my husband to keep up with our grand kids when camping , but it not very useful up there but rather just when they are in the neighborhood or at home.

His electric bike that time was only $400 when he bought it.Now, prices of electric bikes would vary starting at amount $399 up depending on the bike's batteries and its features.

The electric bike of my husband seems to still be well and good. Even though the electric bike's batteries are still the older style lead-acid batter, and it has been recharged many times but it still works perfectly The newer types of electric bike comes with a newer type of battery which is lighter and more efficient.

The local bike trail is usually used as an exercise device when we are at home. I have to pump all the way there and all the way back since I haven't got an electric bike yet. He slows down when I'm trying to catch up but would zoom along as other bikers jealously see him make his way.

When we reach home, my husband usually recharges it so it will be ready for his next trip.

The electric bike he uses during camping is recharged using a solar panel that we bring along in our RV. The electric bike of my husband is even recharged by our grand kids. They even want a bike of their own.

There are many types of rechargeable electric bikes. There are even bikes that are more scooter or motorcycles in feature.

On top of my list would be a little red electric bike with a nice basket and a kickstand on its side. Can you just imagine seeing me around the lake with my grand kids trying to catch up with grandma pedaling their legs out?

Know more about this kind of bikes and compare them with your old style pedal bikes. An $8 gasoline would make us park our cars and hop into our electric bikes.
