Why Trying Kettlebell Exercises Can Work for Triple H

By Rob Sutter

Trying kettlebell exercises has a number of different advantages but I think that the development of strength and versatility stands tall above all else. It only promotes building power but there's a perception of agility and flexibility that comes with it, which is what I could see becoming useful for a number of wrestlers. With WrestleMania just around the corner, who's to say that the performers couldn't use them in some way? Triple H perhaps has the most on his plate of any competitor during that event.

I'm not going to state that Triple H is exactly the most out of shape competitor today but I think he has lost quite a bit in recent years. You can chalk this up to him becoming part of the company, leaving the full-time roster in order to pursue that particular interest. However, I think that it's obstructed his athleticism and considering the test that awaits him at WrestleMania, this should not be a factor. On that immense stage, he has a sizable task in bringing down prior UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar is clearly one of the toughest competitors one could imagine, which only makes Triple H's task all the more daunting. He may want to think about trying kettlebell exercises in order to utilize a different method to compete. This challenge is not one that he's faced before since he's going up against someone who can legitimately submit people. There are tips which Triple H can utilize so that he can make the most of exercises featured by names along the lines of Lorna.

To say that Lesnar is a legitimate star would be an understatement and Triple H is going to have to later his regimen a bit so that he could do better in this regard. His moves always presented impact but you could say the same about Lesnar's repertoire. It's apparent that Triple H trumps Lesnar in terms of brainpower, since that was the key aspect which made him a champion in the past. I think that these exercises would help him so that, in time, he could train to become better than his future opponent.

Triple H has always been known for his cerebral game and there are few contenders who are able to match him in that aspect. It's what made him such a success when he was the tip of his job but who's to say that trying kettlebell exercises couldn't help him further? This is especially real when you think about how he's been out of the ring for quite some time. I think it's noticeable that he will need some help to better prepare for WrestleMania.
