Adobe Elements 7 Available Tools And Upgrades

By David Peters

If you are a seasoned Adobe software user you will definitely agree that with every new version of software that Adobe develops there is always something new. So do the new versions of Adobe software make the older versions become obsolete? Well the answer to such a question will be no, not at all you can still use your older versions of the software but only that you will be missing out from some of the new stuff that will be on offer in the newer versions.

Adobe first created the Photoshop photo editing software and it soon became evident that it needed a ?lite? version for those who only wanted photo editing capabilities without the bells and whistles that accompany Photoshop. Because of this, Photoshop Elements was created so people can easily edit their photos without needing loads of training first.

Adobe has reworked Photoshop Elements a few times and have currently released version 7. Version 7 is without a doubt the most comprehensive update this program has undergone. The number of tools and features has increased tremendously and the programmers have included essentials to make it closely resemble the professional version of Photoshop. Now, when using Photoshop Elements, you are able to edit your photos just as if you had done it professionally with the Photoshop software.

Adobe Elements 7 is by the far the more user friendly version of all the previous versions of Elements. So what new things are in Elements 7 that are not found in the earlier versions of Elements? The following are some of the new features that you will find in Elements 7.

One of the main new features included in Elements 7 is an organizer that allows you to label your images for easy sorting and finding. The organizer also allows you to work on a variety of images simultaneously. One of my favorite new features is the fix button. The fix button combiners all of the most commonly used tools when you are editing an image. Some of these common tools you will use repeatedly include the smudge, blur and sharpen tool.

The create panel allows you to create items such as calendars, slideshows, etc. Using this feature you can take your image to the create panel and then decide on which project you would like to make. It is an incredible tool for making personalized gifts for friends and family.

The most impressive feature on Adobe Elements 7 is the share feature. With this feature you will be able to share your photo albums via the Internet using programs like face book and other community networks. You will also be able to send your image using the share feature via e-mail. If you wish to save your images on removable media the share feature allows you to copy your images on CD/DVD.

These are only a few of the amazing new features available in the latest version of Adobe Elements. If you would like to try it out for yourself head out to Adobe?s website for a free 30 day trial.
