More to the fact that it placates to our biased opinions when the genre is about mythological gods and such, you can say that we are a bit unfair about this one. No to mention that the gameplay is really long.
Life is Strange. Ah, the game that made us all cringe but still love. It tells of a young college girl named Max who discovered she could rewind time. She prevents the various attempts of the world trying to kill off her childhood best friend, Chloe but in the end she has to make a choice that disappointed us.
Neat, huh? No need for getting a pen and paper to do the game on, just your phone and your thumbs to win it. You will be able to feel smart as you win another round while lying in bed the whole day. There might be instances where you will need to watch an ad here or there but it helps the developers so why not?
Resident Evil 7 Biohazard. Admit it, this beauty gave you just as much anxiety as Little Nightmares did. While we can fight back against the obviously terrifying boss enemies and their run of the mill Las Plagas like monsters, the real fact that they paced this in a way that got you thinking strategies was what got you.
The Walking Dead series will end this year, did you know that? Their final game is out but the first chapter is the only one still out. We have to wait for months just to play the next three chapters. And when all that is done, we say goodbye to the girl we know and love. Clementine.
Adults, however. We have a tendency to run from our problems, do we? That might not be a good thing but if we dwell too much on something and end up getting too stressed, we stop productivity and progress altogether. We become weak and shameful as we grow older.
Amnesia, the Dark Descent. An oldie but a goodie. Back in 2011 and 2012, Amnesia was THE horror game everyone kept talking about. While the gameplay was a gem in and of itself, the reason it got more fame that it was supposed to was because of Pewdiepie.
