Unfortunately Mego had to close down their operations during the 1980's when they foolishly did not take the contract for the "Star Wars" toy line. This particular move would have made this company millions of dollars since the movie was such a fantastic hit when it first hit movie theaters. Instead the people who worked for Mego decided to produce products for a movie called "The Black Hole" which was not a great success in America.
The workers at Kenner were very happy to produce all "Star Wars" products since they knew that this was a guaranteed money maker. Princess Leia has become the most important statue within this group since she was the only female character created by Kenner at this time. This certain doll is now worth a fortune and people can expect to pay even more if she is still within the original box.
Tonka dump trucks have always been a favorite item for young males everywhere. These are very durable items which products which can bring fun and enjoyment to every male child. The good people at Radio Shack were always willing to introduce new electric products to fine young men.
